Are there sound editors with horizontal scaling support as
snd (http://ccrma.stanford.edu/software/snd/) has?
I mean *both* scaling degree (1e4 times) and scale itself printing.

Have you try snd-ls? it is an snd version that is easier to use.

Yes, I have. The thing is I don't know how to force snd(-ls) to open 32float PCM
(wav) files.
