No, unfortunately not. PD 'interprets' the patch, but
it can use Jack and run LADSPA plugins inside it...
though once you get into it the ability to completely
customise effects, synths etc. often makes the idea of
plugins seem a little restricted. It's well documented
and there's a good mailing list for it, so post there
if you have any problems.

Sorry I don't know what this means, so I guess the
answer's no.
I meant do I have to run this within an app or with an interpreter,
but you already answered that.
