Hmmm. I'm a great fan of using non-equally tempered
scales for music that allows it - and some music
even requires such temperaments in order to sound
as intended. But I've no desire to become associated
with the pseudo-science on your site.
The new design has been placed in the public domain
That keyboard design has been in the public domain
for longer than you seem to be aware of. Any major
instrument museum will have some instruments using
it.
As already pointed out by another poster, traditional
instruments can be and ofter are retuned in function
of the music that will be played. And electronic or
software instruments can do the same with less work.
