blind
engineers who built their own studio to work out of ... it was a really
interesting
article, but I can't seem to locate on the web at the moment ... maybe
someone
can find it and post the link (it was a free article, I'm not a
subscriber to either).

Not to denigrate their abilities, but control rooms have windows for a reason.
There are ways of managing the dynamism but walk ins are likely to be walk
