You just have to install the package configure script want : ligsigc++-1.2

Here is a list of all deps:

	sigc++-1.2.3
        gstreamer-dev >=0.8
        gstreamer-0.8-plugins (for all file operations)
        libesound
        libtag1.1
        libxml2
        sox
        gtkmm2.2-dev
        libsigc++-1.2-dev
        libtag1-dev

 to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
