Its available here: http://www.mega-nerd.com/libsndfile/#Download Main changes for this version are: * Add a couple of new binary programs to programs/ dir. * Remove sndfile-jackplay (now in sndfile-tools package). * Add windows only function sf_wchar_open(). * Bunch of minor bug fixes.
