I only started this up because I wanted a multitrack only PC - so just
to be able to switch on PC and after 20s see ardour without touching
anything else would be great!
the kde login manager allows for "automatic logins". a horrible feature
from a security POV, but together with kde's session management, it will
do just what you want. 0 points out of 10 for resource husbandry, though
