USB devices support hot plugging, most if not all PCI audio interfaces

Sorry, I was not trying to say USB Audio had no place, but rather that it
did not replace the PCI(e) AI. I should have said that. There are still
things that the "Internal" AI is better for.
USB hot plug _can_ work with jack:
