Just one more reason why USB Audio Interfaces are not a good replacement
for PCI(e) Audio Interfaces.
USB devices support hot plugging, most if not all PCI audio interfaces
don't. To write off USB because sometimes the hot plugging functionality
fails doesn't seem fair to me.
