Lyrics by Schikaneder, not Mozart. And they are not
any more or

Hey joe, where you goin' with that gun of your hand
Hey joe, i said where you goin' with that gun in your hand, oh
I'm goin' down to shoot my old lady
You know i caught her messin' 'round with another man
by Jimi Hendrix. In both cases, they serve to paint a quick
picture of a character, in Mozart's case quite a frivolous one,
in Hendrix' case something more dark.
And in Hendrix case, he also didn't write the lyrics, they were
written by Billy Roberts, but he did a masterful job of elaborating
the song in his unique style.
