It was the same for me in Ubuntustudio and Debian, before i switched
distros, and gained my freedom..... :)
A real shame, because the app has great potential, and i believe it
would be highly useful for many.
yes, a good midi-controllable jack mixer is lacking afaik. of course, we can just use
ardour as a mixer. i've done that -- it gives us complete freedom to set up busses and
effects as we like, but seems like overkill.
i'm thinking i'll just build one in pd.
