Not considered very harmful these days.
What does "these days" mean in terms of hardware? The laptop is running
a 1.5GHz Celeron M (the Celeron that's a kind of cut-down Mobile Pentium
4, with way too small a processor cache for the P4 architecture).
Effective throughput is about the same as a 1GHz non-M Celeron.
But by all means measure the
latency in response to those interrupts, see if there is a real problem.
Perhaps one of the drivers needs to defer some processing to soft-IRQ.
