Maybe remove the failure notification
altogether, just pop open the messages window?
Basically you can see that the server isn't running from the tray icon.
Or change the restart behavior? Try only once?
Is there no way to only post the message once but keep the rest of the
behaviour? Not sure if the internals make this difficult to implement.
