except that I had no input at all, I tested directly
with
jackmix & qarecord, but without any sucess no input!!!!
sounds like your mixer settings are not right. Try
alsamixer -c X
Select the input to record from, ensure it's capture level is
unmuted and adjust the level.
And ensure JACK is running in full duplex mode via qjackctl.
