Probably you should just deactivate bandwith
checking in
the kernel config.
I did disable
[ ] Enforce USB bandwidth allocation (EXPERIMENTAL)
[ ] Dynamic USB minor allocation (EXPERIMENTAL)
and now I can run my USB card with
156 F/p instead of 512
