Neither, the 30 band changes to reflect whats in the paramtric as closely
as it can, just ignore it if you dont want to use it, its mostly there
incase we ever implement the console interface.
I guess it could have been additive, it wouldn't
make much difference and
might be less confusing.
The block diagram is pretty clear. I'm thinking additive would have potential
negative impact on the headroom, but I'm still missing razor and tape
editing.
