The high speed mode switch is hidden near the "Hi
Speed" label:

When not in high speed mode, only 44.1/48 kHz work. (See the manual.)
OK, here are all modes including remaining two options in normal mode.
FWIW, the soundcard is not detected at all by ALSA when in normal mode.
dmesg however reports device connecting ok. So is lsusb.
