Can I have both Alsa and OSS installed on

Will I have to install two RH 9.0s on my hard
drive, one with

and boot between the two using Grub?
You could but you don't have to.
You can load modules independently with modprobe.
modprobe usb-audio;
will load the usb-audio module for alsa.
if you want to unload a module use
rmmod usb-audio
This way you can switch between drivers at will.
You may want to use some scripts to make it easier.
The other option you have is to use the oss emulation which is a part of
the alsa drivers.

Apparently upon the beginning of the barrage, the donkey broke
discipline and panicked, toppling the cart. At that point, the rockets
disconnected from the timer, leaving them strewn around the street.
Tethered to the now toppled cart, the donkey was unable to escape before
the arrival of U.S. troops.
