I got rakarrack installed using the .deb packages, but it won't start. It gives me an
error message about some illegal instruction.
root@ed-desktop:/usr/bin# ls -l rakarrack

The files libasound2_1.0.16-2_i386.deb and libsound2-dev_1.0.16-2_i386.deb had to
be installed before rakarract would
install because Ubuntu only had 1.0.15. I had to find the .deb files in the
Debian repostitory.
Everything looks fine, except rakarrack-0.2.0 won't start. I guess it just
does not like Ubuntu 8.04. I'll just have to be happy with GNUitar.
