No, but any number between 1 and 16, say 13 bars.
If there were many more numbers in the dialog it might drop down too
far off the edge of the screen. (i tend to put seq24 in the bottom
left of my screen for whatever reason)

For me it is in the drop down dialog next to the time signature selection.
