Ever thought of using archive.org as a host?
They prefer you
CC-license your tracks, but it doesn't sound like you'd object to
that...
i've hosted my stuff with archive.org for a few years now and been
perfectly happy. their servers are mostly slow and steady, and they've
been cool folks.
