Just like how some apps use MIDI channels 0-15 and
others 1-16.
Totally irritating.
Not only apps, even midi hardware. Most devices agree to count
controllers starting by 1, but what a mess with program numbers!
A000 - A127. Huh? Since when did we start counting at zero?
