I'm using GCC 3.2.2. This may be a compiler problem, so I suggest
trying to reach the jack_fst author via the LAD list.
No other Wine version (or parts of same) on your system ?

That is exactly right. I built the version of Wine on the VST Server site, by
running the tools/wineinstall script. I am using Slackware 10, which has GCC
version 3.3.4.
