I need to learn about the options in oggenc a bit
better, but doing
this at the command line is fine for what I need.
Just 'oggenc [file]' seems to work OK - it produces a file of sensible quality
and filesize anyway. Don't actually know what settings it defaults to, I
expect it's in the man page or oggenc --help or something.
