On certain distribution you have to install atk-devel explicitly.
Although Gtk+-2.0 has it as dependency.
Atk is the Accessibility ToolKit no need for gtk3 or guile.

gtk3 3.10.8 is installed, gtk2 2.24.23. No guile is installed. I
installed guile 2.0, same errors.
