TranslateCoordinates(), XMoveWindow()
* OSX: GetWindowBounds(), MoveWindow()
* Windows: GetWindowInfo(), SetWindowPos()
Look in display_*.c for *_resize() and *_position(),
getsize_*() get_window_pos_*().
Additionally the good old '--geometry' X11 option will do the trick. No
dedicated code required. I dunno if that'll work for jack-session
support though. It did not work with LASH either.
