That would not be stock. There are two ways you may have done that.
Set qjackctl to start at session start in your DE.
To avoid misunderstandings. QjackCtl writes .jackdrc, but doesn't read
it to start jack. The values used to start jack are stored
in .config/rncbc.org/QjackCtl.conf.
