Hi!
Is it possible in any way to create surround sound in AC3 or DTS
format for use with DVD-Video in linux? A lot of googling suggests
that it's impossible, is that really so? Perhaps there is an encoder
that runs with wine? I read on a page that ffmpeg can encode AC3, but
only in stereo.
