This would be trivial to assemble with jack-rack and a
few plugins,
or pd if
you're that way inclined.
I've not tried pd yet. Can jack-rack run without its GUI? It
crashes a lot on my laptop. I haven't yet tried to debug it or
installed it on my real DAW so I'm not ruling it out yet.
