Yes.
Are you suggesting an issue related to capabilities?
I have no idea about many things related to kernel and
capabilities,but sometime ago I read at this list ( or any other) that
jackstart works only for 2.4 series and jackd must be used for 2.6.
Feel free to correct me If I'm wrong.
