You should try Barry's Satan Maximiser with a limiter, the fast
lookahead one for example (for distortion, I mean). Take care, it's
violent :).
I've never gotten a good sound out of the CAPS
Cabinet plugin (it
seems to kill all the low-end).
The problem is maybe that it's a cabinet simulator for guitar,
simulating guitar amp speakers ?
