qjackctl has no Hive in sight (using 'a2j_control ehw start') so the
only MIDI input routing is from Ardour where this MIDI track shows the
USB ProKeys 88 all right, which is selected as input. Still, no
triggering of Hive from the external keyboard.
Ardour's MIDI activity window shows the ProKeys 88 keyboard activity
for that MIDI track all right, but none of those keys gets to the
track's Hive VST plugin synth. Hmmmm....
