Do you mean the "Execute script on startup" and "Execute script after
startup" configured in Setup->Options in qjackctls gui? Here I only have
the good old "artsshell -q terminate", which I tried disabling without
any result.
The other thing I just realized, if you're using
jack1 instead of jack2
in Ubuntu the above behaviour would not apply (no dbus in jack1), so
pasuspender may be used as a 'workaround'.
Ok. I'm using jack1 (I think):
