In think you need the package libasound2-dev.

Thanks Gabriel, getting libasound2-dev was the solution.
And Wiliam was also right, I had forgotten to "make distclean" in the folder I
copied from the other partition.
Phasex working on debian 32bit stable, and I used ./configure --enable-arch=amd64 .
