The XLR adapters are cheap and apart from the broken Behringer mixer's
knobs, which worked yesterday, but might fail within the next days, the
XLR adapters have tendencies to fail. Fortunately 6 of them were never
used before, so they might work without issues during the period of
Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
