A TRS connector (tip, ring, sleeve) also called an audio jack, phone

the 1/8" connection is
NOT balanced. It's just a common 1/8th inch TRS connector wire for
unbalanced stereo. Typically Tip is Left, Right is Right, and sleeve in
ground.
AH-HA, that explains a lot of what has been confusing me, TRS does not
equal balanced. Thank you!!! :)
