It's been done already. A few months ago.
The problem is he has been communicted with and people have used hte
audacity help list after buyng his product.
He is not changing any code and does distribute it. (He just manipulates
the screen shots).
My beef is that he outright lies about his commitment to the audacity
team. He says he has the consent and that he is contributing back.
Surely that is false advertising.
Anyway there are things being done to combat the problem but it takes a
bit of extra time and effort.
It's just an example of things to come really.

Apparently upon the beginning of the barrage, the donkey broke
discipline and panicked, toppling the cart. At that point, the rockets
disconnected from the timer, leaving them strewn around the street.
Tethered to the now toppled cart, the donkey was unable to escape before
the arrival of U.S. troops.
