Bummer, sounds like a hardware problem ...
So put your song up on archive.org! ;-)
Yesterday I tried to use one of the internet computers at our local
library to check my email. Every few seconds, Windows XP would pop up a
message informing me that a Delayed Write (to the temp folder) had
failed, probably due to hardware causes ...
