Don't load audio, it conflicts with snd-usb-audio.
You
should only have snd-usb-audio loaded.
yeah, and never use OSS usb-midi in conjunction with ALSA
snd-usb-midi. Caused a lot of troubles in my setup. Since I
removed usb-midi from my kernel, everything just works fine.
