JFTR, so that people reading the archive, don't get a wrong impression
about EQs. There might be fields were using a tilt EQ might be wanted
(I just don't know such a filed), but it's not a special kind of EQ
doing some magic.
As a final note, it's not always true that
"Changing the level of the
frequencies requires to adjust the level of the audio signal". It
depends on the needs. If you want to keep constant loudness, or
constant energy then yes, you have to provide a make-up gain. But
thats not true in general.
That's true, it could be wanted that the result is more or less loud,
then it was before.
