there is one point i am not aware of:
is there a standard in jack or any other
linux-audio-interprocess-comunication for control data? (event based and
continuously)
or do i have to use midi? (7bit :-( )
for real integration between different audio apps this would be an
important feature.
I would love to see a control application that
1) lets you group applications....
2) the ability to remove/restore connections going in or out of a group.
3) the ability to clone a group.
4) the ability to save/restore groups of applications.
