Therefore meetings could go back and forth between the west coast and
New York, but if I attended only the west coast meetings I'd still be
able to vote.
But there are other places in the world... If you were based in Southampton,
London, Bangalore, Tokyo, Ouagadougo or even the midwest of the USA your
cost of participation would quickly become prohibitive under this model....
