Nope, .asoundrc cannot help you with this. You need to use 2 jackd's
Or use cards that allow you to set an external clock source, such as
the RME HDSP cards. Set the cards to both clock from the same source
(using hdspconf) and you're set.
This is what cdr was suggesting with the phrase 'house clock'.
