It is the Pasodoble Valencia (1926), by José Padilla (1889-1960). Was recorded
with English lyrics by Paul Whiteman and his orchestra. Famous singers like
tenor Alfredo Kraus have recorded versions, too. Look for it in Youtube for
instance.
