Subject: [LAU] recordmydesktop with jack2
Hi
I'm trying to capture a screencast of a jack2 client (renoise), but it
seems recordmydesktop and jack2 doesn't work well together. Anything I
should do different? Any alternative to recordmydesktop that I should
try instead?
Do you actually need Jack for what is going on in the video? Could you not record using
Renoise in ALSA mode? Obviously you would lose come capability, such as external plugs and
routing, but depending on exactly what you wish to record it might be an idea.
