I like it, too. It like the contrast between the instrumental tones.
Maybe put a little more volume on the guitar to help it's more mid-tone
range stand up to more penetrating higher range of the xylophone.
Also maybe add something, another section somewhere in it, the help
break the repetitiveness of the xylophone part?

Not sure about a title; there was a nice juxtaposition between the
orderly and clean xylophone and free-swinging and dirty synthtar.
Overall it's a very dreamy and sorta whimsical feel; not quite a
carnival, but something in that direction, maybe.
The first thing that rolls off my tongue is "The Jester King" (/me shrugs)
