This does look good, but no docs and the planet CCRMA
version does not
seem to use Alsa, where I want to use alsa, not /dev/dsp and /dev/midi.
AFAIK SpiralSynthModular does not have support for alsa. It can use OSS
(both audio and midi) or Jack (for audio only, the reliable support is
in the cvs version on which the Planet CCRMA package is based).
I do not have good experience with CCRMA binaries. I
will try compiling it
