As Paul Winkler suggested, you might be better off with a language. I'm
currently working with Common Music, it's certainly capable of
fulfilling your needs, but it requires learning some (but not a lot of)
LISP.
Another similar method is found in Cecilia's Cybil language.
Btw, Soundweave is nice for certain kinds of self-generated things.
There may be other useful items lurking in the Software Synthesis
