I'm sorry, but you keep missing the point, besides I said neither of

Mixing a (almost) solo double-bass is not a problem of tools. It's my
lack of experience at mixing+mastering this kind of sound. In retrospect
I would not have done any better using ProTools or Bitwig or even a Neve
Desk.
