Arch does not ship with custom rules, so you have to set your own or
just chmod/chown the nodes. It's /dev/fw1 onwards that should matter.
So chmod 666 /dev/fw1 or chown root:video /dev/fw1 and add yourself to
the video group. See wiki + upstream docs (linked therein):
