I've installed pulseaudio-module-jack but "Pulseaudio JACK Sink" is not
showing up in the connections in qjackctl or in volume control. What am I
missing?
In case it's relevant I'm running Ubuntu 12.04 and qjackctl 0.3.8.
One of two things have to happen. Either jack has to be run as jackdbus or
the jack sink module has to be loaded manually after jackd is running.
